In contrast to the worrying fluctuations that some regions of Greece are experiencing, Axia Hospitality presents positive data for the first quarter, as a result of the 30+ hotels in its portfolio.
The key indicators are positive for both the territory as a whole and the Athens market, while the average rate is struggling to remain at the same level as in 2023.
We also present a special study for Santorini, where YTD data paints a two-tiered picture of tourism traffic, with the island’s sought-after areas showing a marked decline in ADR, in contrast to the ‘value for money’ areas, which are experiencing significant growth.
