QUALIFICATIONS
Computer literate and excellent knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager & IDS/OTA’s Extranet systems.
Ability to communicate fluently (written & oral) in both Greek and English language. The knowledge of a third language will be considered as an asset.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Internet.
Hospitality or Tourism degree.
At least 3 years previous experience in Hotel’s Reservations Department. Multi property reservations management will be considered as a strong asset.

DUTIES
Handle all incoming reservations requests
Reply to all reservation related incoming calls
Update and manage property PMS
Update and manage availability and rates in Channel manager
Prepare list for hotel credit card authorisations
Yield management and implementation of offers in all channels
Record weekly hotel statistics
Efficient and creative communication with hotel owners
Cooperate seamlessly with contracting and sales department of our company

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent knowledge of IDS/OTA’s extranet operation is a must
Experience in hotel reservations and PMS operation
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written & oral)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Internet
Ability to work as a team member is essential
Good time management and ability to work on a fast pace and time pressure
College or University degree in tourism
At least 3 years of proven experience in relevant field (hotel sales & reservations)

Online set up of channel manager, booking engine and OTA’s.
Monitor and handle hotel availability
Yield management and implementation of offers in all channels
Prepare offers for flash sales
Prepare pricing policy and other hotel policies
Record and analyse hotel statistics
Update hotel content across all online channels
Efficient and creative communication with hotel owners
Cooperate seamlessly with contracting and support department of our company
